The pause starts after your paid period. For one month, billing, product access and bank syncing stop while your data stays on your account. The screen shows the automatic restart date and charge amount.
The alternative offer is 40% off the next three monthly renewals. Each offer is available once per account and cannot be combined with other discounts. You can decline the offers and confirm cancellation.
On the final screen, you can choose automatic account and data deletion after your paid period. Otherwise, we keep your history. A confirmation email states when access ends and whether your data will be deleted.
Accepting a pause or discount also sends a confirmation email with dates and prices, including when billing resumes or the standard price returns.
