What was wrong?
When you opened a transaction from spending — from the chart, a day, or an income source — the pane showed only a trimmed summary: description, amount, date, bank and category. The same transaction opened from the transactions list showed far more: transfer title, counterparty, categorization source with a confidence level, status, notes, plus the ability to edit the description and category.
The reason was technical: the spending data arrived in a truncated form, without the keys needed to load the full record, so the pane was read-only by design.
What changed?
The spending detail pane now fetches the full bank-transaction record and shows exactly the same rich card as the transactions list — transfer title, counterparty, currency conversion, categorization source and confidence, status, and notes.
On top of that, the pane is now fully interactive: straight from spending you can reassign the category, fix the description, or add a note that Martia will reuse on similar transactions. One consistent transaction view across the whole app.

Yes. The detail pane lets you reassign the category, fix the description, and add a note — without going to the transactions list.
